TERMS OF PAYMENT
All prices are in Euros, per person and include all taxes. We guarantee the price of your trip once reserved by your deposit. However, Les Croisettes (LC) reserves the right to change published prices at any time.
To secure your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of €250 per person. Deposit funds must be drawn in Euro funds by cheque, money order, bank transfer or credit card via paypal invoice. Final Payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your trip. Your balance due may be paid by any of the above means.
CREDIT CARDS:
By providing his/her credit card to LC or the Agent, the customer authorizes the Agent to complete and process an appropriate charge slip with the customer’s credit card company, and understands that the Agent shall not be responsible for, and the customer waives any claims against the Agent, including but not limited to refund claims.
Credit card payments, via Paypal invoice, will be subject to a surcharge of 1.7%.
CANCELLATIONS:
Our cancellation policy is as follows: If written notice of cancellation is received in our office 60 days or more prior to departure, the cost of the tour, less deposit is refunded.
If cancellation is received 30-59 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost, less deposit is refunded.
If cancellation is received 29 days or less prior to departure, no refund will be made.
REFUNDS:
No partial refunds will be given for unused room nights, meals, sight-seeing trips, or other arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Tour cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.
ALTERATION MADE ON BOOKINGS:
If you alter your booking after paying your deposit you may alter your holiday arrangements for a fee of €50 per booking, provided that space is available. If you wish to change the date of your holiday. The alternative dates must be rebooked within the same season

TRIP INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Vist www.insuremytrip.com for quotes from the leading insurance providers.
TRIP PREPARATION:
Because we have designed our tours to accommodate the recreational rider, a very high level of fitness is not required. However, some prior cycling experience before the trip is helpful. Being in good physical condition will make the experience more rewarding. Please consult your physician before your trip if you have any concerns about your health.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES:
For bookings less than 14 days prior to departure, payment must be made within 48 hours and must be in the form of a credit card, cashier’s cheque, or certified cheque. Miscellaneous charges at Les Croisettes must be paid by in Euros. No credit cards are accepted for purchases made at Les Croisettes.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
Please note that French Cycling Vacations cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any other loss, damage, inconvenience, delay, illness, fatal or other injury suffered by you as a result of making a reservation with us, unless it can be shown that the company is in breach of its contractual and legal duty.
SWIMMING POOL:
Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. No large inflatable toys are allowed in the pool.
COMPLAINTS:
In the event of any complaint please inform French cycling vacations immediately.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
A full passport is required for entry into France. There are no recommended or compulsory health formalities. All customers must have suitable travel insurance, which we recommend provides them with appropriate cover for cycling in France and to include medical cover.
