FRENCH CUISINE
Fresh air and exercise are bound to increase your appetite, and meals at Les Croisettes will satisfy the hungriest cyclist! Our traditional French breakfast features fresh croissants, breads, fruits, cereals, jams, juices, and hot beverages. In the evening we will feast on regional favourites, prepared by our Cuisinier from our extensive vegetable and herb gardens. These sumptuous five-course meals will include fish and poultry dishes such as Coq au Vin and Salmon Brochet, as well as beef entrées. To further tempt you, deserts include Tarte Tatin, Mousse au Chocolat and Crème Brulée. Our country picnic lunch will feature patés, fruits, garnishes, cured meats, breads and pastries in the finest French traditions. COMFORTABLE ROOMS
We offer 10 deluxe bedrooms in two sizes: petite and grande. All rooms are newly renovated and have private baths. Our grande bedrooms are furnished with king or twin size beds. Our petite rooms vary in size and style, but have a charm all of their own.
